a shower of anything: a hail of bullets... like the stuff that hit the bay area today and shocked the pants off of all of us!!!  {my opinions are written in blue} We have been having thunderstorms off and on all this week and it is supposed to sparatically continue for the next couple of weeks. When we were at Little Gym today, it stormed so hard that car alarms were going off. You know me, I love the rain... and that love has certainly passed onto Addie. As we were heading to Boston Market for our Friday ritual of blue macaroni and cheese we decided to walk the short distance. On the way she found almost if not all the puddles that were created from the storm only moments earlier. She would jump, the water would splash and her face would light up. She truly gets her giggles on when she pounces in and out of puddles. Awe, the beauty of being young without a care in the world. I wish I had a picture to post but it was one of those moments my uncle says to as make a mental picture. I am blogging about it to help jog my mental picture years from now.  Sad news, my blue-eyed-brunette beauty is developing a bald spot. I knew that this was possible but was in denial until I took a closer look at her swing. There are these little brunette locks just resting on the swing pillow, just like with Addie. We would pick her up from her crib and there would be a halo of red locks on the mattress because of her rubbing the sides of her head, which later helped create this red-rooster-mohawk sorta hair do. The good thing - thinking long term we know it will grow back!  Hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday!!!
