weekend photo dump...

We have been busy little bees this weekend, so here is a quick recap:

FRIDAY

Tony had a date with his two little girls where they played, danced and giggled until bedtime. I was able to escape for a few hours to get my scrap on!!!

SATURDAY

I heard little footsteps around 5:00 am and being as tired as I was from getting my scrap on, I just pulled Addie into bed with us and we all slept in until around 8:00 am. WE WERE BUMS ALL DAY! Guess you could say that we fell off the face of the earth which tends to happen this time of year... moving on! So, we did little things around the apartment, dusted, 2 loads of laundry but really enjoyed spending one-on-one time with our girls.

Sisterly hugs!

Avery and Mr. Pig - he goes everywhere with us. Thanks Aunt Janice!!!

SUNDAY

We had a nice, relaxing morning and then we pulled ourselves together {after Addie went wee wee a couple of times - ON HER OWN!!!} and off to Costco we went. I think it is funny that whenever you go to places like Costco or Target you have this list but when you get to the checkout line you have at least twice as much in your cart than you have on your list. The only conclusion I can come up with is either I am so scatter-brained that I should have put all those other things on my list or I just got more than I needed... Costco wore us all out. Both of the girls crashed in the car which meant we were the snooze headquarters for a couple hours. After unloading and putting everything away it was time to relax... or get more errands done? The family finally woke up from their nap around 4:45 pm and Addie wanted to go swimming...  Tony took her down to the pool but they didn't stay long - it was too chilly! While they were swimming, Avery and I were playing photo shoot with a new pink Gerber daisy headband she received as a gift. She was in such a great mood! Tony made this super yummy dinner and I enjoyed every bite - even the one I choked on. So glad my hubby is quick on his feet and pretty powerful! The rest of the evening was spent drinking water and watching a movie. Simple, relaxing.... perfect way to end our weekend.

I was working at the kitchen table when I looked over and saw this - I am so blessed!

Check out these piggie tails!!!

It's like she knows how to pose - soft face, lean in a little...

Photo fun with a Gerber Daisy headband...

PRAYER REQUEST: We lost a dear family friend this weekend. Scotty was a man full of life and always knew how to make people smile. He was my Papa's very best friend for 50+ years so he was part of our family. Please say prayers for his wife, Mickey and her family. Thank you!
