mount st. laundry...

Would I be a bad wife/mother if I asked my family to run around in only their underware for a week so I don't have to do laundry? so tempting... I will admit that the pile of dirty clothes is taller than Addie and quickly turned into a place for her to tumble and "fake fall." She has created this new game where she pretends to fall, belting out a big "whoa" and then giggles to the floor because she is so entertained. Ah, another funny Addie moment! I am a little behind on my chores because I scrapped three days in a row at Picture Me Perfect in Fremont, CA. It was so much fun {high-5 to self!} but it wore me out! I haven't been out past midnight three days in a row even in college, yet here I am, mother of two scrapping away until the wee small hours of the morning. I was working with a few creative geniuses on some fun new projects - but shhhhhhhhh, can't give any details just yet! My darling hubby is so supportive and took care of the girls and the apartment so I could work on these projects. I LOV E YOU TONY!!! 

Weekly recap:

Monday - Took the girls to the doctor, Addie has an ear infection and Avery had her 4 month appointment {details to come later - so sorry I am behind on my posts!} Attempted to have Addie's 6month XRAY checkup but she was FURIOUS! Once she figured out what was going on, she kept saying "shirt on, shoes on... door door, please please shirt on shirt on, Mom Mommy Mom!" It broke my heart to see her like that but in the end she won and we decided that we are going to have to go back when both Tony and I can help hold her down. Then I had bible study with some of the ladies who are still in town, yummy dinner and time to catch up is always a blessing! 

Tuesday -  Addie had HPS... drawing a blank on the rest???

Wednesday- Took Addie to dance, picked up the Montenegro girls so they could watch the girls, went and had a much needed pedicure to where the lady gave me this look and her colleagues kept "stopping by" to look at my feet - YIKES!!! NOTE TO SELF - Get a pedi more often!!! Then, went scrapping!!! 

Thursday - Blew off swimming for Addie because of the ear infection, Tony stayed with the girls while I went scrapping!!! 

Friday - Addie had HPS, she went to Little Gym and then played with Hannah until she crashed for a nice, long nap. I went scrapping in the early afternoon, brought dinner to home {yummy Market Broiler} then after the girls were fed and bathed, we back to scrap!!!

Saturday - were bums most of the day, had a photo shoot that I won @ a scrap event with Krista Lund up in Fremont, CA. I spent a good part of the day trying to get all the little things like bows , shoes, etc. ready but when we arrived at the location {about 30 + minutes away} I had forgotten that very special bag! Ugh - right? Well, good thing I had a spare white bow in the diaper bag and Addie was wearing her favorite princess shoes which are still too big for her so she was running around with a what Tony calls a flat tire half the time. {flat tire = stepped out of the heel of the shoe}

Sunday - slept in a little, watched movies, laundry and Tony helped me clean the play spot. Since it is May already {seriously???} we missed the "spring cleaning" so since we are a season behind we had "summer cleaning." Tony made an uber yummy dinner - I am so spoiled!!! LOVE YOU!!!

All in all it was a great week and we are roaring up, ready for the next one! Cheers!!!
