After Addie has brushed her teeth, gone potty and read her 3 books before bed... it is time to say our prayers. We normally start out with: Thank you God for all my blessings, I pray for daddy, I pray for mommy, I pray for Avery... then I go into the names of our family and friends then close with in your heavenly name, AMEN. Tonight Addie had a new version. In fact, she stopped me right as I was starting and said no mama, I do it. And then these precious words came out of our little three year old's mouth:
"thank you God my bessings, pay for daddy, pay for mommy, pay for A-rie, pay for papa, pay for Muno, pay for Brobie, pay for A-rie, pay for... more happily name, AMEN"

Pause... I know, it nearly knocked me over too!
Just for clarification, Muno and Brobie are characters on Yo Gabba Gabba which happens to be one of Addie's favorite shows. I find it hysterical that she is praying for her favorite characters!!!
PS. I know I have a TON of stories to share of what has happened this week so I promise that there will be pics and silly tid-bits coming soon!!! It is amazing how fast the day goes... except when they don't get their nap... then and only then bedtime can't come soon enough!!!
