just not ready...

...to admit my girls are growing up right before my very eyes!!!

Over the last few days I have been cleaning, organizing, preparing for Tony's mini-camp departure... and in doing so, I have stumbled upon the realization that time is just moving too darn fast. Here is a list of little things that remind me that my girls change every single day...

*Addie completed a full week at preschool in big girl panties and only had one accident!!!

*Avery is not only holding the bottle all by herself, she wants to spoon-feed herself too!

*Addie is a big girl who wants to help in every little way, including getting the milk out of the fridge, waiting for mommy to pour it, puts the lid back on the jug and puts it back in the fridge all by herself

*Avery is pulling herself up... up on anything that is around her {chairs, couch, sister, CRIB!!!}

*Addie is very good at the potty training... and even when she gets frustrated while pulling up her big girl panties she still works at it until she gets it {she does not like it when mommy or daddy try to help}

*organizing the girls closets, clearing out what they have outgrown and I can't bring myself to get rid of hardly anything {side project: making a quilt out of the girls baby clothes... at this rate each child will have a king size blanket, but first must learn how to quilt}

*Addie loves cooking... cooking anything - Jello, muffins, toast, etc. and even helps with the clean up!

*categorizing pictures... so thankful that I have a camera, a husband who understands my need to capture EVERYTHING and a special thank you to Mr. Strognofe for inventing the fabulous device for the very reason I use it!

UPDATE:

Yep, Addie is sick again. Tony took her to the doctor this morning and turns out she now has another ear infection only this time in her right ear. The doctor did a great job of explaining that Addie's ears are healing after each previous infection it is just that there is a little window of time where the ear is almost healed and then through this, that or the other she picks up a little bacteria and BOOM, we have another infection.
