Today we went to a Sing Along with Andy Z. at Pottery Barn Kids. He is a local children's singer/songwriter who has written and won awards for many of his songs. Addie was a little shy at first, but once all the little kids started dancing she wanted to be up front and center to dance her little heart out. That is just what she did. She was clapping and wiggling, having a blast. It was a great way to spend time listening to music and dancing with other toddlers.
After the sing along songs, we went to McDonald's for some tasty-not-so-good-for you treats where Daddy and Addie decided to toast the fun day with their lemonades. Cheers!
Once we were stuffed with treats and had to get going to finished the rest of our "to do" list, Addie started sniffing. This is a normal thing right now since she is teething, however then she pointed to the flowerbed. She reminded us to stop and smell the tulips. She is such a special little being that it warms my heart when I see her be a fun loving and bouncy as she is when singing and then tender and gentle with the smallest things. I LOVE THIS PHOTO! We will be going back to this location for another photo shoot... for sure!

I just love being able to keep up on all of your adventures! It makes Grandma feel like she right there with you. You are such a busy family. You make Grandma smile...and shed a little tear of missing you. Keep posting. I love the connection!
