Tahoe...

We {Tony & I} just got back from a FANTASTIC weekend in Tahoe! We were invited to participate in the 49ers Foundation's event up at the Squaw Valley Resort to help raise funds for their amazing charity. The 49ers have been extremely passionate about helping kids in the bay area stay in school, on track and keep them safe and for us to be invited to an event like this one is a true honor! Thank you to all those who created, organized, managed, participated, and donated to this fabulous event!!!

We arrived late late late on Thursday {Tony was coaching at Cal} and as soon as we hopped out of the truck we realized that we were in snow country. The weather was amazing, the food was outstanding, the wine was ever-flowing & simply spectacular! There were so many great events, we met the most gracious people from all walks of life, took in all the lovely amenities of the resort and danced our butts off!!! To close this astonishing weekend the organization saved a special treat for Saturday night's entertainment.... wait for it, wait for it.... the lead singer from the Goo Goo Dolls performed! OMGosh... it was unbelievable!!! I must of had IRIS playing non-stop on my CD player back in high school and when I had the chance to meet John I made sure to tell him about it!
