oh happy day...

~ the following things just made my day the very blessing that it was ~

*both girls sleeping thru the night which made for a calm morning

*spent time in the WORD

*Avery taking a 2 1/2 hour nap while Addison was at preschool {got some cleaning done!}

*starting to make a dent in my "To Do" list

*turned the clean and extremely wrinkled mountain of laundry into a hill... was tempted to leave it as is until after Sunday so the Easter Bunny had a place to hide the eggs, then wised up and realized it could be days before we actually put all those clothes away and who knows how long those eggs would be hiding...

*Avery wearing Belle's dress and finding her in the kitchen drawer with two animal crackers like that was her special cookie eating place

*Addison coming into my bedroom and saying "Mommy, I hold you?" which translated to "Mommy can we cuddle?"

*scratching the idea of a healthy dinner and make pancakes Addison's way {double the sprinkles}

*hearing the smallest cracking sound of the front door opening and seeing both girls dash to the stairway to greet their daddy

*bathtime...

*dancing to the Sound of Music soundtrack for the umteenth time and completely out of tune but don't care the slightest

*listening to daddy's rendition of Tickle Monster {the girls get such a rise out of this amazing book!}
