egg hunt...

This morning the Lutheran High School held an exciting Easter Egg hunt for all the kiddos and it was a blast! They said they prepped over 1,000 eggs, but we have a feeling their baseball team will be discovering eggs for weeks to come!

Avery said, "Look momm-EEE-ya, it's my best friend, Lana"

Addison was quick to line up and follow the teacher's directions!

They broke the kiddos up into groups and then had them line up at three different fields...

Ready... Set... here comes Avery... GO!!!

there are just as many kiddos hunting eggs as there are parents snapping pictures!!!

Addison followed directions down to the letter...

The kiddos were originally told 10 eggs per field...

Well, Addison counted hers and when she had 11 she put one back!!!

Avery on the other hand...

counted, counted again, then kept counting

until finally they started spilling out of her purple heart basket!

The biggest prize was a book...

Sure enough, our resident bookworm Miss Addison received one!

We had such a great time with all the kiddos from the girl's school.
I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the parents, the teachers and the staff are!
