Wragge Family Tour {Part 3}...

Ahhh... the beach!
The last stop on our Wragge Family Tour was Mission Beach, CA. A week filled with pure relaxation, fruity sangria, sand castles and fun for all!

Our sweet Princess Addison dawning her Ariel dress and flouncing around in the water like she was "part of that world."
I think of the movie SPLASH when I see this picture...
heart... melting... can't wait to scrap this one!
love love love this smile and her hair with sandy highlights!
So when it came to sand castles, we didn't get very far at first.
Addison, Auntie Carleigh Princess & Uncle Josh Duke of Cruces loved building them...
but Avery {aka. Godzilla in the turquoise suit} kept demolishing as they were building!
Right now the girls are all about Peter Pan and Captain James Hook...
Here is Avery doing her best Tinkerbell impression with the help of Uncle Josh!
"Look Mommy, I fyyying"
Traditional, we just arrived but before we unpack picture with Grannie Annie!
In San Diego t-minus one hour and the girls took to the beach!!!
no words, just giggles!
{gosh darn it she is SPUNKY}
Two love birds!
"Mommy, I want to be in the sand like Uncle Josh... Puh-lease"
Also another tradition, dinner with the Dusa family! Spending time with them is just pure delight and Mr. Handsome right there was so darn cute we could hardly stand it! Love you guys and next year perhaps we could convince Mr. & Mrs. W to join us... just saying!!!
We are men...
We put up tent...
We stake our claim...
Get to the beach!!!
What is fun about the condo is we each took turns making meals so none of us were stuck in the kitchen...
{unless you were Avery asking for snacks!}
Here is Grannie Annie and Princess Addison prepping breakfast!
Avery tried to help... she took on the role of taste tester!
Hop Scotch on the beach...
This was great exercise for Miss Avery Lynn...
She wanted to do everything her big sister did!
Football on the beach...
good form Avery!
Total beach bum... every morning like clockwork Addison would
wake up,
say good morning,
and bring her bumble bee pillow pet and blanket out to the patio chair
and watch people going up and down the boardwalk.
Delicious breakfast!!!
The low point of the trip... this thing washed up, HAZMAT comes out to remove it, the beach starts to stink of old gas/garlic/permanent marker... come to find out it was an old booie that someone used as a gas tank... I don't think that is what they meant by reduce, reuse, recycle! Luckily, the high tide washed everything away and it was as though nothing ever happened!
Out little mermaids...
Sunset with my girls and Auntie Carleigh Princess
So this pic is blurry for a reason... we were playing this game where we wait as long as we can stand it and then run from the wave so it won't get us! It was super fun, the girls loved it and the picture is blurry because Carleigh and I were running at the speed of lightening! {wink wink!}
Family photo...
Singing her little heart out!
heart... melting... yet again!
Daddy taught Addison how to body surf...
we couldn't get the child out of the water afterwards!!!

This was a great ending to our Wragge Family tour!
We were so blessed to see every single member of our family within a five week timeframe.
Thank you so very much Mom, Dave, Carleigh & Josh for making our trip to the beach so much fun!
Love you all!
