VEGGIE VICTORY...
with a little help from carnation instant breakfast's chocolate milk! Addison ate 3 pieces of steak and SEVEN {siete, 7, sept} carrots!!! Tony and I were trying to remain calm seeing as she is at that stage where if you bring too much attention to anything {good or bad} she does the polar opposite. It was awesome! This is the third time we have offered new food on her plate and as long as she tries it we are happy campers! PS. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want to distract her nor have her laugh so hard she'd lose her carrots!

AMERICA'S NEXT TOP WRAGGE'S...
Okay, not really! My husband and darling daughters joined me in a special fashion show to highlight the American Heart Association. It was put on by Macy's and a few other big name sponsors and seeing as I am a member of the Circle of Red... my family was invited to strut our stuff for the cause. It was a lot of fun going to the fittings, getting dressed up, meeting a group of lovely women associated with the American Heart Association, getting the girls a gussied up and then of course having the love and unconditional support from my husband {we dressed him up like a Ken doll!} - it was a blast. After spending the afternoon with these ladies and hearing their stories of their survival it just made me so very thankful. I admire these women so much for putting themselves out there, to raise awareness and to stress the importance of taking care of yourself!
Thanks to Camie for taking the pics!!!
