this is one of our most favorite spots here in california. we discovered it by accident back when i was pregnant with Addie and have been coming back whenever we get the chance. yesterday we decided to do "whatever" and by 11am Tony and Avery had had their first nap of the day so we piled up in the car and headed north to the beach.

Avery learning to walk on the beach
wasn't sure if it was the sand that was the most challenging, most likely the boots

Addie started the day all bundled up because it was like 50 something outside
but that didn't last long. she decided to strip down and go feel the sand between her toes

but about 10 minutes later she realized she was chilly quoting the song "baby it's cold outside"

then we stopped at a pumpkin farm since we missed out on carving one for halloween

across from the pumpkin farm is Lemos Farms which is a quaint little play place for the kiddos where they can ride ponies, jump in the bouncy, go on the train, etc.
the only cowgirl in the wild wild west that rocks a pacifier!
no words, just giggles!

yeeeeeeha!

i think her face looks like a porcelain doll with pink cheeks
