it was so nice to have the evening just to spend time with the family! Tony had a brief dinner with Mr. J & Mr. M but he was in and out in like 2 hours. We didn't have to run anywhere, cook anything {love the pot roast leftovers zapped in the microwave!} we just played with the girls until they crashed out around 930.
our afternoon/evening consisted of the following...
shadow games: since Avery is walking all over the place she is noticing things from a different perspective. here she is figuring out her shadow and it was so funny to watch her expression as she saw her hands go up and down shadowed on the carpet.
Addie then joined in on the fun!
daddy & Addie bike ride: they went riding around the complex {who said you can't wear socks with sandals?!?!?!} and at least this time Addie was willing to wear pants. SIDE NOTE: Check out this picture from yesterday right before I left for the game. Hannah and I both tried to get her to wear pants and she kept pointing to her thighs saying "right here, pants here" as if we were being silly and didn't see her imaginary pants.
bath time: i heart pruny toes and rosy red buns when mommy got the water just a little on the warm side. i am so glad I captured these shots!
mini wragge dance party: sorry, no pictures... this was one of those moments that I will remember forever and was having way too much fun to stop to find the camera. Addie is doing her version of the booty shake, Tony is rocking out, Avery is taking steps side to side clapping to her hearts content and I am doing a combination of the twist and the robot {and no, it didn't look like Elaine from Seinfeld}. we were dancing to the family song by the Laurie Berkner band and oh boy are we excited to see them in a couple weeks!
