introducing our beloved study buddies...

Homework is like a bad word at our house...

It stirs up attitude, grumpiness and bear-like behaviors. 

So I went to the wise ones who had gone before me {a.k.a. Pinterest} 

and found this idea to help with this very same problem called the Study Buddy!

I know what you are thinking, in fact my sister already voiced it by saying,

 "Wow, that's a clever idea on acquire yet more stuffed animals!"

But hold on my friends... this might just work!

The Study Buddy is your friend, your pal who will be learning just like you!

The post said that they could pick out any stuffed animal but then I thought 

of a way to make this super special just for my girls! 

{more on that later!}

So for Addison, her Study Buddy will be learning all about second grade things 

like science, reading and history! And Avery, well her Study Buddy will be tracing, 

reciting and learning all sorts of new kindergarten things!

So, let's give it a go!!! 

Now what makes these Build-A-Bears different???

Well, these precious pets have a heart for learning and a hunger for knowledge!

{I found cheap fabric, sewed an apple, added a leaf, stuffed it with cotton, stitched it up}

So there girls gave their apples a brain kiss!

Stuffing the apple in with love!!!
