pixie-pirate-tea party...

our little angel had her birthday party before school let out for Christmas break... 

it took me awhile to upload all the pictures!!!

{side note: could this be my new years resolution?}

back to avery...

when I asked her what theme she would like for her party, thinking it would be Belle or Princess... 

our little pixie asked for a "fairy-pirate-tea-party party"

HMMMMM???

after some creative planning and consulting pinterest for pirate party inspiration...

we came up with a "welcome to neverland party... calling all pixies, pirates and lost boys!"

here in phoenix it hardly ever rains, however it poured on the day of Avery's party... 

so we moved everything inside!

just under 30 kiddos with parents made it was tight yet cozy!

the kiddos in Avery's class are such dolls and their parents are just a blast! 

what better way to use all those leftover game pieces and random craft supplies???

have a lost things art project of course!!! 

each of the kiddos got to create their own hideout or pixie hollow house...

we had some VERY creative pixies and lost boys!!!

when lost, follow the treasure map!!! 

 fun at the fairy table... 

my dear friend tonya showed me how to make these flower crowns 

so I made them for all our little fairies as their party favor! 

don't worry, we didn't forget about our pirates and lost boys! 

my sweet mother {thanks mom!} made costumes for the boys 

AND these precious Peter Pan hats for the boys which were their party favors!
