... happens to be Addison's newest favorite song by Kari Jobe and I can't help but tear up when she belts out the chorus:
"even when it hurts,
even when it's hard,
even when it all just falls apart,
I will run to You,
because I know that You are,
lover of my soul,
healer of my scars,
You steady my heart"
It's May... which means the packing process is underway and the girls are fully aware of our upcoming move. They look towards our move in a positive light, yet I know that they are going to really miss living here. They are strong girls, who just today received a HUGE compliment about being "extremely well behaved" and "beyond well adjusted." One of their teachers mentioned that she has never seen a child be able to handle sudden change and be so "go with the flow with a cheery attitude!" That last compliment was referring to Addison, which melts my heart!
We are very proud of our girls! They have been wonderful little darlings who have truly bloomed here in the midwest! In fact, the other day they decided to make kites out of their Winnie the Pooh artwork but when we took them outside to fly them, there was not a single breeze!
Instead of complaining...
Addison turned to Avery and said,
"I know, let's make our own wind. Ready, GOOOOOOOO!!!"
and then she darts off into our neighbors backyard!
Then Avery got the bright idea to jump off the patio to make the kite fly higher!
You just have to LOVE her imagination!!!
Hope you all are having a wonderful day!
Cheers & Blessings!
