The last four months have been a time of readjusting, refiguring and reprogramming. We have been busy doing a whole mess of things and it was time for a creative break. Thankfully, my darling husband was totally on board {actually encouraging} I take some time to myself... so I did. I packed up a few things and headed back to the bay for a few short days.
We were B.U.S.Y. busy and I soaked up every little minute of it!
A group of us got together and went to see GLEE in concert... it was AMAZING! I am a sucker for their music and we had fantastic seats which we hardly sat in because we were all dancing our hearts out! Here is a pre-GLEE photo outside Gordon Birch - Linda, Rocio, Shelly, Janice, Erin, & I. I can't wait to scrap this photo!!! Note to self, get the lobster mac'n'cheese next time - we were all drooling over Janice's dinner!
singing "Somebody to Love"
"Happy Days Are Here Again"
my absolute favorite!!!

"Single Ladies"
The Warblers singing an aray of cover songs that made everyone go crazy!
While I was in town I was able to see members of our California family and the brief I time spent with them means so very much. I promised to give the girls lots of hugs and kisses, we miss our California family more than words can express! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!
The rest of my visit was full of creative and inspiring time with my baker's dozen beauties and friends of My Little Shoebox. Helen, the creative genius behind all the beautiful paper and embellishments at My Little Shoebox was able to meet us for breakfast which turned into lunch because we were sitting at the restaurant just gabbing away, hearing all the lovely things she has been busy making for her next release. To say the least, I am SO very thrilled to get to work! Here is a quick shot of Erin, Helen, Linda, Pattie & I... again can't wait to scrap this!!!
The girls planned a special night just to catch up and that is exactly what we did... until the wee small hours of the morning! This is a fun photo of Jeanie and I, she is just a doll!
Sweet Zorina and darling Hannah... it was her birthday and she made a special trip out to see me. I had fun holding her and playing mirror games with her. She has a giggle that just lit up the room, she gets it from her mother! Happy 1st Birthday precious Hannah!

And here are the rest of us goofy girls! Maria, Christianne, Shelly, Pattie, Linda K., Barb, Linda S., Erin & I... we are all crazy over paper & glue, we all oooooh and ahhhhh over paper flowers, new techniques and Tim Holtz. Linda S. brought these silly hair extensions for us all to model... don't we look fabulous dah-ling!
On my last day in the bay, some of us met up for brunch at this local joint called Country Way... Okay, seriously... the portions were crazy huge, the food was delicious and the company was superb!
I wanted to specially thank Linda for taking my reservation at Chateau de La Kretz! I had such a wonderful time and I appreciate everything she did to make this trip possible! Love you my dear sweet friend!
When I got off the plane I was greeted by two little munchkins dressed in head to toe pink with crazy hair and the biggest smiles. I relished in my time with my friends but overjoyed with the warm hugs from my family. My husband is a total rockstar and the girls just adore him. Thank you honey... you are the very best - EVER!
