I need to tell you about my friend Lauren... she is a dear friend who really reached out to us when we moved up here and she helped connect us with our California family. She is smart, funny and an AMAZING mother of two precious little boys and married to such a wonderful man! I had the fortunate opportunity to be there soon after Noah arrived in this crazy world and took a few candid shots to which later I totally fell in love with. These are two of my ultimate favorites from that day...

When she asked if I would take her son Noah's first year pictures I blushed... and then started to get nervous! We arrived at the site, walked around a bit and then the light just did it's thing... not to mention how cute is this little guy!

Here is Noah with his big brother, the incredibly intelligent {he can count to a 100 and he isn't even 2 1/2 yet!} Kaleb.
