It rained all night... there was thunder and lightening that put on quite a show! This morning we woke up, got dressed and spent 15 minutes trying to find our jackets! Yes, we are spoiled here in AZ for sure. So imagine to our surprise they cancelled school today due to the rain and flooding!
When I told the girls, Avery was thrilled and Addison was broken hearted! "But mom, what about my teacher and my friends and my books?" It's ok pumpkin, we can go home and put on our pajamas! Avery piped in and asked to go jump in the puddles... and who am I to tell them no! I mean, if we were in St. Louis and there was snow outside they'd go play in it right?
So here are my pouncing puppies playing in puddles! I love their games, their imagination and the fact that when they were soaked they were done!!!
