2nd Annual Daddy/Daughter Dance... {TONS OF PHOTOS}

This past week I have been lovingly lost in Candyland!!!
With the help of my dear friends and fellow mothers we pulled together a
sweet treat of a dance for all our little girls!

Prepping for the dance took time and we discovered that
somebody isn't a fan of waiting for hot rollers to set...

However once they were out and sprayed, she LOVED the curls!!!
Here she is in front of the dress up closet mirror reciting,
"Mirror, Mirror on the wall, who is the frostiest of them all?!?!?!"
She loved being Queen Frostine!!!

Introducing Queen Frostine and Princess Lolly...

Oh goodness they are cute... I could eat them up!!!

And thanks to Dad standing right behind me, we were able to get EXTRA giggles!!!

Queen Frostine requested a special dress with
"soft serve cone on her dress with lots of snowflakes and diamonds"

 Princess Lolly's dress was made by Grannie Annie
{it was going to be her candy kid costume for Willy Wonka,
but it was better suited for this occasion!}

 LOVE LOVE LOVE

They wore their candy corsages and boutonniere, posed for pics and then we headed to school.
The girls helped me put the final touches together for the decorations and then we took a few minutes for photos!!! Thank you Christina for helping me put together the photobooth!!!

This frame is very FRIENDS inspired...
Que: "I'll be there for you"

So after a few snap shots {okay, like 100 but who's counting??}
it was time for Daddy to take his sweet dates out to dinner!!!

I stayed at school, crossing t's and dotting i's and patiently waited for our guests to arrive!
And then it was time to DANCE!!!

And they danced the night away!!!

They danced and danced and danced...
{Addison had so much fun and has such quick dance moves that all my pics turned out blurry!}

And when the song "Let It Go" came on all the girls cheered with excitement and didn't miss a note!
There were quite a few dedicated dads who joined in on the singing, it was hilarious!!!

The DJ was fantastic, mixing in fun songs with special daddy/daughter ones...
Here's Avery dancing with daddy to Butterfly Kisses!

Although after realizing that Avery combined her two favorite things:

cookies and dancing...

We are affectionately renaming the song to:
 COOKIE KISSES!!!

I am so very blessed to work with such amazing people!!!
A special thank you to Carrie, Christina, Jeannette, Stacie, Stephanie, Tracy, Rochelle, Virgina, Caroline and the entire Children's Ministry Team!!! I have to thank them for all their hard work, this dance was only made possible because of their hard work and dedication! Love you ladies!!!
