mr. frosty fruit snacks...

Guess What???
IT SNOWED HERE!!!

Okay so you can tell we were just a wee bit excited when we awoke to the white stuff all.over.the.ground!!! This is a first for us... I mean yes, we have seen snow before but have we ever played in it together??? Or made a snowman??? Nope... this was a first! Sadly, Daddy didn't get to play... he had an appointment that couldn't be rescheduled so he left us with great "how to's" when it comes to making a snowman {he did grow up where it snows!!!} So onto our day... the girls hopped into their bibs and boots and out into the sunshine-y 34 degree winter wonderland they went.

there were shovels...
there were polka dots...
there was a declaration of independence...
there were snowballs...
{this one from Avery was at close range! Hannah dear, you are a trooper!}
there were cute-cuddly-keep-me-warm pictures...
there were snow angels... {attempt numero uno!}
there were snow giggles...
there were lessons on "how to make a snowball..."
there were "quick, pose for mommy... pretty please!!!"
there was snowman construction...
there was a "job well done" picture...
there were "Mr. Frosty Fruit Snacks... he's ready for his close up Mr. De Vil" pictures...
there were family snow angels... {attempt numero dos}
there were close ups to capture just how much fun she was having...
there were "rolling down the snow hill..." {think wiggles, rolling down the sand hill}
there were moments of dragging through the snow...
because afterall, they had bibs on!!!
and there was a trail of the fun they left behind...
We played for a good part of the morning... but after building a snowman {which was hard work!!!} we all decided to come in to warm up with some tasty hot cocoa and marshmallows!

Hope you all are having a wonder week!
Cheers & Blessings!
xoxo

That is an awesome snowman! I didn't have the patience, mine was itty bitty. Looks like you had many laughs and smiles!
