trick or treating downtown...

Today was a fun day filled with costumes and tons of candy!

We picked the girls up from school, threw their costumes on over the clothes and headed downtown for their annual trick or treat celebration.

It was so nice to see all the little shops down by the river go all out and spoil the darling little trick or treaters.

The sun was too bright for Addison so she requested her Ariel sunglasses!

Avery was a wee bit nervous at first, not leaving daddy's side.

Good thing she had her big sister to show her the ropes!

I love this picture in particular - the caption should read:

"So I am supposed to say trick or treat and nice people just give me candy?!?!?"

AMAZING!!!

But then once she figured out what was going on, she was ready to try it on her own.

Addison was having so much telling everyone that she was Cinderella and that her sister was Belle!

She was so very cooperative when it came to taking pictures... Avery, not so much!
