Father's Day is usually celebrated on the third Sunday of June... well our little family is celebrating it on the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Sunday in June! Here we are having brunch at my new favorite breakfast spot in ABQ - VICK'S!
I mean seriously, look at this! Yep, I am drooling and yes it is DELICIOUS!!! {for all those unfamiliar with New Mexican cuisine, this is Chicken Fried Steak & eggs served over hash browns & beans and SMOTHERED in green and red chile... proper ordering technique would be "Yes, I would like to have the Vacquero scrambled and can you make it Christmas?}

There aren't enough words to describe just how much this man means to me... to us!
