In case you were wondering... yes, our life mirrors a roller coaster at times but I must say we are thankful that God has a plan and that we have eachother. Yesterday morning Tony and I had our first "date" just the two of us here in AZ since both of the girls were booked in the morning and for three solid hours it was just us! What did we do you ask? Well, we went to breakfast, together... just the two of us and were both able to eat our food while it was hot! It was amazing! We then went to Target and roamed the aisles just enjoying being able to browse and sift through the clearance stuff - so fun! One of the aisles we drifted down happened to have one of the biggest displays for slip'n'slides. My darling, sweet husband belted out in his excited-teenage-mutant-turtle-voice "we totally need this!" I was giggling too much to even register the risk/reward factor but what the hey... just go with it, afterall we are on a date at Target! {Pause: seriously, can we just take a moment to comprehend just how things changed, but we wouldn't have it any other way!} So... we picked up the girls, let them take a quick snooze because they were going to need it and then...
I love our backyard!
I love that our girls spend hours outside playing!
I love that my husband has his priorities in line, so very thankful for that!
