The doctors and nurses were wonderful and the procedure went by super fast! The nurses came to get us immediately after she came out of anesthesia since she was a little "troubled." As soon as she curled up in my arms she was sound asleep...
Then we went home where Addie went straight to bed... for a good three hour nap. Luckily she woke up to spend a little time with Auntie Carleigh and Andrea before they left.
Her road to recovery consists of:
vanilla pudding
lemon popsicles
apple sauce
Barbie Movie Marathons
Toy Story 1, 2 & 3
Monsters vs. Aliens
Bee Movie
painting, coloring and cuddling with her sister!

PS. Avery is LOVING Addie's special recovery diet... starting to call her the sympathetic popsicle eater!!!

What a little trooper!! Glad she's doing ok! Be thankful she had it done now cause I hear it's a whole lot easier! Mine were taken at 19 and I bet I was a bigger mess than she could ever imagine!!! =) Feel better soon Miss Addie!!!
