Our friends from the east bay joined us for the afternoon which was filled with food, fun and lots of chatter {not just talking about the toddlers!} Erin G. and I were busy with the children while the men took to the golf course. During our fun filled day we painted, read books and then Avery decided to try something new...
Yep... at 18 months and change people! So here's the story... I was making dinner while Erin was herding the children. Avery went against the grain and decided not to follow the group, instead she wanted to go into the girl's bathroom. Erin followed her in there thinking she wanted to wash her hands but she kept saying "pa pa pa pa ooo" and pointed to the toilet. So, Erin called me over and when I got to the bathroom she was square ready to be a super-big-girl like her sister! Thank you Erin and so proud of you Avery Lynn!
So here are the rest of the children...
Avery smiles,
Mia poses for the camera,
then Avery gives Mia a tour of her crib!!!
TOO DARN FUNNY!!!
See it is a wee bit difficult to get 4 children all under the age of 4 to do the same thing for 4 seconds just so one of us could get a picture!
We tried EVERYTHING... even bribing with an entire bag of OREO'S! Goodness knows I would have held still!!!
PRAYER REQUEST:
Please say some prayers for Miss Addison, she woke up in the middle of the night tugging at her ear so you know what that means!!! She fell asleep while her friends danced and played all around her. Poor baby!
Also, please keep our 4-legged friend Doug in your prayers. He is going though a lot and we know the power of prayer will help him get stronger!
