I know it has been a super long time since we have updated our blog...my deepest apologies to our fans (aka mom). So much has happened since May that it will be hard to describe it all...which is why bullet points were invented!
- Baby boy/girl is doing well, strong & fast heartbeat which old wives tales predict it is a B-O-Y along with the Chinese gender charts...but we are blessed with either the princess or the lineman in my belly. Due date is December 31st!!!
-Moved...again for the 13th time in 8 years but we didn't go far. We moved into a three bedroom apartment in the same complex and it is so nice to have space. Addie loves having her own room to play with her toys.
-Addie is doing well, September 28th is her official last day on her medication so we will be throwing a special "pill-free party" around that time!
-BIG NEWS: TONY SIGNED A 2 YEAR DEAL WITH THE NINERS, SO WE DON'T HAVE TO MOVE FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER YEAR -YAY!!!! We are so very proud of him and thankful for everything that he sacrifices for our little family!
-Went to see family this summer in Chicago and Nebraska. We had good food, good company and made many new memories. Addie went swimming in Chicago and stayed in the pool for over 2 1/2 hours. To say the least she was very, very prune-like when she finally got out (against her will of course)
-Had a blast in Las Vegas at the Garth Brooks charity event. We got to see so many former teammates that it was great getting to catch up with everyone. Garth's concert was awesome, but the most touching part was hearing the stories of all the children that his charity reaches. For every one dollar that a professional athlete donates, the foundation triples. It isn't the goal, it's the rule!
-We find out if we are having a princess or a lineman on Thursday, so please keep us in your prayers... also pray for the baby to cooperate and let us get a good look! I am so excited and feel so blessed since Tony gets to be here this time around!!!
We do appreciate all your love and support! Please continue to pray for strength and health for our little family of three on it's way to becoming a family of four. Here is a pic of all of us at open practice yesterday that was taken by the accomplished photographer, Emily Bajema. Good call Em on having me put my hand on my belly! Cheers and blessings to all!
